How to flash CM10 Devil:

Coming from GB:

1.Download from the website( Link ) the version you want to flash and the addons file for the version of the rom you downloaded.
2.Move the rom and addons zip files to the sdcard.
3a. If you don't have root access, you can go Xda and search for CF-Root or Semaphore Kernel for GB. Flash the kernel using Odin, then proceed to 3b.
3b. If you have root and a Custom Kernel with CWM, you can proceed to rebooting your device to CWM by either using the Reboot to recovery option, or by turning off the device, and then turning it on using the 3 button combo - Volume Up + Home + Power.
Next we will proceed to install the CM10 Rom.
4. In CWM you have to choose - Install zip from SDCARD, then Select zip from SDCARD, and then select YES, and wait for the process to finish.
5. Now, you have to reboot in recovery again. This step is necessary, or else you will be blocked in a bootloop, either with the Galaxy S Logo, or with the Devil Logo. You can either use the option called reboot in recovery, or shut down phone. Take out battery, put it back in and use 3 button combo as you did before.
6. Next step is to flash the zip again, so the ROM could be installed. The first flash was only to change the CWM version from 2.4 to 6.0.1.0, which is the latest.
7. After flashing the rom, we flash the addons file, with the same procedure - Install zip from SDCARD, then Select zip from SDCARD.
8. Under Advanced, choose Fix Permissions and then Reboot.
9. Wait arround 2-3 minutes until the Welcome screen appears, and then you can enjoy the magic of JB.

Known issues :

Not being able to do calls:

-verify the IMEI: Go to System Settings - About Phone and check the IMEI, or use *#06# as you dial a number. Then verify the code with the one you have under the battery, or on the box of the phone. Usually, if there is an issue with the Imei, then you should have an generic one that ends in 0000 or 0049. - to fix this issue:
1. In case IMEI is wrong: Either restore the /EFS folder, if you have made a backup of it, from an older version of Android (2.3.x, ICS,CM7), or Flash a stock version of Android for your device: GB 2.3.6 (JVU, or other) that will restore your Imei, and then you can backup the /EFS folder.
2. In case IMEI is fine, but you dont have signal, please verify if you have a baseband, and what that is: almost all versions of JB are on I9000ZSJPG or I9020AUCKF1. If you see baseband unknown, you will need to either reflash the rom, or flash a modem from XDA.

No APNs, or Data connection:

This is an known issue. But It can be bypassed by toggling the Airplane Mode on and off.

No pictures or music:

After flashing or rebooting, Media Server needs to scan files for changes. This might take some minutes, so you need to let the phone settle for couple of minutes before usage.
In case you still can't see all music files or pictures, go to System Settings - Manage apps - All - Media Scanner - and do Clear data. Then reboot device and leave it settle for at least 20 minutes. That should fix the issue.

No sounds set/ sound is set on mute:

This is usually caused by Media Scanner. You can use a program like Zedge (free on market) do download another ringtone and set it as default/sms tone/other.
